3 telecos earn Rs2.521tr in 10 years
Nayatel earned income of Rs37.6 billion and paid Rs12.42 billion in taxes, says official documents

ISLAMABAD: The three telecom companies operating in Pakistan have disclosed a total income of Rs2.521 trillion in the last 10 years, while they paid Rs763.81 billion tax.
According to an official document, during the period from 2013-14 to 2022-23, telecom operator Jazz earned Rs1.663 trillion, and paid 502.51 billion in taxes, while Zong generated Rs821.54 billion in revenue and paid Rs248.88 billion in taxes. During this period, Nayatel earned an income of Rs37.6 billion and paid Rs12.42 billion in taxes.
