Tech7 signs agreement with STZA for development at J7 Emporium
Islamabad : In a landmark ceremony held at the Serena Hotel Islamabad, Tech7 sponsored by J7 Emporium has signed the historic development agreement with the Special technology zone authority (STZA) for development and operation of a special technology zone at J7 Emporium. The technology enterprises licensed by Special Technology Zone Authority (STZA) shall be hosted at the zone, says a press release.
The zone will be a game changer in the region as it will ensure occupancy, safeguard clients’ investment, boost foreign investments and will create job opportunities in the Country.
The Chairman J7 Group, Maqbool Hussain has expressed his gratitude for the partnership, stating, “It is our good fortune to have entered into this agreement with STZA. This agreement will definitely aid Pakistan’s economy by nurturing young talent, developing and specializing in new technologies and boosting cross service agreement. All of this will contribute in driving economic growth of the Country. He also emphasized the importance of STZA’s support for other commercial projects.
The CEO of J7 Group, Yaseen Masud, echoed this sentiment, and added that the zone will built investors’ and clients’ trust on the brand (J7 Emporium) as both their investments and returns are safeguarded due to Private-government partnership by virtue of this agreement. He further added that despite of grave economic turmoil from past couple of years in our country, The J7 Emporium has still lived the hopes of its clients and investors expectation and continued construction despite of most difficult financial challenge. He concluded that this partnership will have a profound impact on Pakistan’s economy, and we are excited to be a part of it.”
Chairman STZA Azfar Mansoor, reaffirmed STZA’s commitment for necessary support in development and operation of the zone. He further added that they will provide full-fledged support to ensure the success of this initiative.”
