Amir Muqam praises sacrifices of security forces
MANSEHRA: Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and States and Frontier Regions Amir Muqam on Friday praised the sacrifices of the security forces for the sovereignty and supremacy of the country.
“The parents should guide their children to avoid the propaganda and conspiracies being hatched internationally against our gallant army,” he told the 18th annual parents’ day function of the Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi here.
Amir Muqam highlighted the invaluable sacrifices rendered by the Pakistan Army for the country’s sovereignty and existence.“We are proud of our armed forces, as the very existence of our country is tied to the sacrifices they have rendered since its inception,” he added.
Addressing the cadets directly, he urged them to dedicate their energy to building a bright future through excellence in curricular and co-curricular activities until they step into practical life.“You are the future and leaders of this nation. Focus all your energy on education and never engage in activities that could harm your morals or compromise the integrity of this country,” Amir Muqam said.
The minister also emphasised the role of parents in ensuring their children stay away from activities that could cause embarrassment to the country.“Parents should remain vigilant and ensure their children avoid agitations or actions that tarnish our national image,” he said.Amir Muqam praised cadet colleges nationwide for fostering patriotism in youth and providing them with a platform to contribute significantly to the nation’s progress.
