KARACHI: Forty-eight percent of Pakistanis are aware of Punjab govt’s August and September Rs14 electricity bill relief while 47pc expressed ignorance.
Gallup Pakistan has released a new survey, according to which urban population and majority of men appeared to be aware of electricity bill relief.
According to the survey, 58pc of men are aware of electricity bill relief, while 40pc said they know nothing about it.
Gallup survey reveals 55pc of women are unaware of electricity bill relief, while 37pc are aware of it.
In cities, 59pc are aware of electricity bill relief, while 39pc said they were unaware. However, 52pc of rural population is unaware of electricity bill relief, while 41pc said they know about it.
