CM’s aide stresses timely completion of projects
PESHAWAR: Adviser to Chief Minister on Tourism and Culture Zahid Chanzeb on Monday said the provincial government was taking steps to work for the welfare of the people.
He was speaking at a meeting at the Civil Secretariat, an official handout said. He was briefed on ongoing development projects. Zahid Chanzeb said the development projects were started to provide facilities to people. He directed the officials to keep watch on the ongoing projects.
The adviser said the contractor or staffers, who did not work properly, should be marked for action, adding that records should be shared with other departments about the blacklisted contractors. During the meeting, the adviser learnt about the problems of the people and directed the relevant officials to solve them. He said public representatives should play a role in the timely completion of projects to meet the expectations of the people.
