On Punjab CM’s order: Cop injured in Katcha bandits attack airlifted to Lahore

RAHIM YAR KHAN: On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, a policeman who was seriously injured in the rocket attack by bandits in Kucha Machhka was transferred to the Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore, for treatment.
The official was undergoing treatment at the Sheikh Zayed Hospital.
On the instructions of Maryam Nawaz, Constable Bilal Javed, whose spinal cord and nervous system were affected, was shifted to the Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore, by an air ambulance.
The Punjab CM, Maryam Nawaz, recently visited the injured personnel while visiting Sheikh Zayed Hospital. When the chief minister was told about the policeman, she instructed to shift him to Lahore. His medical expenses would be paid by the Punjab government.
