Drawing exhibition begins
LAHORE : An inspiring and absorbing Drawing Exhibition 2024 was kicked off at the Coopera Art Gallery on Saturday.
Dr Ajaz Anwar and M Javed inaugurated this unique exhibition in the presence of a large number of artists, students and art lovers. About 38 drawings done by 19 young and the most senior artists of the country were hung on the wall of the Gallery. Director, curator and the senior artist M Javed told that drawing skills considered to be highly important as it served as base for every art project. He further said that the art of drawing improved communication skills, emotional intelligence, memory and problem solving which helped a lot in reducing stress. The art institutions should give due importance and priority to this subject, he stressed.
