Four killed in Swat road mishap

MINGORA: Four persons, including two women, were killed and as many sustained injuries when an auto-rickshaw fell into a ravine in Matta tehsil in Swat district on Tuesday.
Police officials said the three-wheeler carrying passengers was on its way when the driver lost control while negotiating a turn and the automobile fell into the gorge.
The police and locals retrieved the victims and shifted them to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.
The dead were identified as Bakht Zadgai, Soocha Bibi, Sajidullah and Shakirullah. The injured included Bukhshi Bibi, Tufail, Umar Ali and Fayaz.
Hospital sources said that one of the injured was referred to a hospital in Peshawar owing to his serious condition.
