LAHORE : In preparation for Eid-ul-Azha, the Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) Monday intensified its efforts to keep the City clean.
During a recent inspection, LWMC CEO Babar Sahib Din expressed his dissatisfaction with the substandard cleanliness at the City’s interchanges and suspended Ring Road Sector 3 in-charge Waleed and supervisor Altaf.
The CEO has ordered the implementation of the best sanitation practices at all interchanges managed by the LWMC. According to LWMC spokesperson Umar Ch, the LWMC CEO visited Nawaz Sharif Interchange, Harbanspura Interchange, Quaid-e-Azam Interchange, Bedian Road, Barki Road, Green City, and Paragon City and took severe action when he found officers and staff neglecting their duties.
