JazzCash surpasses 11m active app users
KARACHI: JazzCash, Pakistan’s leading mobile wallet and digital financial services platform, has surpassed 11 million active app users, announced a press release on Thursday.
This milestone positions the company as the largest financial services app in Pakistan. Overall, JazzCash hosts 44 million registered users, with more than 30 per cent female customers, 17 million monthly active users, 300,000 merchants and over 245,000 agents across Pakistan, the company added.
Commenting on the achievement, Head of JazzCash Murtaza Ali said, “Earning the trust of 11 million active app users is a testament to the confidence our customers and partners have placed in us. We are committed to ensuring an exceptional user experience, while bringing state of the art products to expand JazzCash’s community further.”
Over the past year, JazzCash has demonstrated a solid commitment to digital customer acquisition and engagement. The company has doubled its efforts to enhance security, introduce innovative products, and improve the user experience by retiring outdated app versions.
