ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will chair a meeting of apex committee of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) at PM House here on Saturday (today).
The meeting to be attended by top civil and military leadership, federal ministers and chief secretaries would ratify decisions taken at SIFC’s executive committee meeting. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqi will brief the meeting on anti-smuggling measures. The apex committee of SIFC will also be briefed regarding progress made on 10 billion dollars investment from UAE during recent visit of the prime minister to UAE. There will also be briefing on latest security situation in the country.
