LAHORE: The global get-together of Birmingham University Alumni (BAA) was held here, where Dr Sohail Saqlain was unanimously elected as a life-time President of BAA-Pakistan.
Around 13 distinguished Alumni from various sectors, civil bureaucracy, health, engineering, law and public policy participated. Birmingham Alumni Association Pakistan (BAAP) President welcomed the alumni and had a round of discussion. A cake was also cut by the Patron in Chief M Malik Akram, President BAAP Dr Sohail Saqlain and other distinguished alumni. Alumni were given University flags, key rings and souvenirs as received from Alumni Office University of Birmingham through DHL.
