Tanawal tehsil to get staff soon, says Babar Swati
MANSEHRA: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Speaker Babar Saleem Swati on Tuesday said that the government would soon order postings of staff in the newly-created Tanawal tehsil of the district.
“Though we had notified Tanawal tehsil in our previous government, the caretakers had withheld that notification. However, we have restored not only previous orders but also are going to appoint staff on key positions soon,” he told a group of people from Tanawal at his office.
Advisor to chief minister on Tourism and Culture Zahid Chanzeb and minister for Local Government Arshad Ayub were also present on the occasion. Saleem Swati said that Tanawal was enriched with natural resources and beauty. “We will also promote the hospitality industry in the newly notified tehsil to create employment opportunities for the locals,” he told the delegation.
Swati said that the government was utilising its all available resources to address issues faced by the people in the province on the priority basis.Speaking on the occasion, Advisor to Chief Minister Zahid Chanzeb said that the government would earmark funds for the tourism promotion in the upcoming budget.
