Approval granted to fill posts across depts

ISLAMABAD: The Establishment Division has issued an NOC to fill various vacant posts in Pakistan Rangers, federal ministries, divisions and departments.
It allowed to advertise 1,406 posts from BPS-11-13 in the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh Rangers).
It also allowed filling 12 vacant posts in the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission, 160 BPS-01 to BPS-15 posts in the District Health Office, Islamabad, 160 posts in the Ministry of National Health, 597 posts in the Ministry of Finance and subordinate departments and 17 BPS-01 to BPS-15 posts in the Ministry of Defence.
The Establishment Division has also issued an NoC to fill 465 civilian posts in the Ministry of Defence and 11 posts in the Petroleum Division.
According to an office memorandum, the NoC issued by the Establishment Division is valid for six months.
Meanwhile, the one-month ex-Pakistan leave for IGP Dr. Akbar Nasir to visit the UK and France has been approved.
A BPS-19 officer of the Secretariat Group, Qaisar Khan Khattak, who was waiting for a posting, has been appointed deputy secretary in the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination.
A Selection Board headed by the Minister for Religious Affairs, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, conducted interviews of candidates for the post of chairman of the Evacuee Trust Board here on Tuesday. The selection board will forward its recommendations to the prime minister for his approval.
