Security forces have killed 11 terrorists in two Intelligence-Based Operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
RAWALPINDI: The security forces have killed 11 terrorists in two Intelligence-Based Operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. On April 21, eleven terrorists were sent to hell in two operations in KP, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Monday.
An IBO was conducted in Dera Ismail Khan District on the reported presence of terrorists. During the operation, after an intense fire exchange, 10 terrorists were killed.
In another encounter in North Waziristan District, troops effectively engaged a terrorist location as a result of which one terrorist was sent to hell. The killed terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities in the area against the security forces as well as innocent civilians. Arms & ammunition were recovered from them. Locals have appreciated the operations by the security forces which remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country, the ISPR said.
