Court rejects plea for case against Sanaullah
Applicant and his lawyer did not appear in court, while prosecutor while objecting to application took position that applicant was not directly affected by criminal application

ISLAMABAD: Additional District and Sessions Judge Javed Iqbal’s court rejected the application of the registration case against PMLN leader Rana Sanaullah.
During the hearing, the applicant and his lawyer did not appear in court, while the prosecutor while objecting to the application took the position that the applicant was not directly affected by the criminal application. He said the plaintiff could come himself but no one can file an application on his behalf. The court dismissed the application in the light of the prosecutor’s statement.
