‘Iesco implements customer friendly policies’
Islamabad: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) Chief Executive Dr Muhammad Amjad Khan in his statement said that Iesco achieved best power distribution company position this is because of the stable power distribution system and because of implementation of customer friendly policies throughout Iesco region, says a press release.
In continuation of the Federal Minister for power division directives he directed all officers and staff that like previous there will no compromise towards best and timely services to our valuable customers as if customers are satisfied this is evidence of success for institutions. He directed to build friendly relationships with customers. Furthermore state of the art offices especially customers care centre must be established having cooperative officers and staff.
