Rana Sana assails PPP ‘attitude’ in coalition govt
He maintained that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had accommodated the PPP on its complaint
ISLAMABAD: PMLN Punjab President Rana Sanaullah has said that if the new government completed the first two years in a better way, then there would be no problem in the next three years.
Talking to Geo News programme “Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath,” he said there were some aspects that he did not want to talk about. “The attitude of the PPP will remain the same throughout the tenure of the government. Look at their reaction to the IRSA chairman issue. It is clear, it will have its own position on everything. An impression is coming from allies to have the same attitude. However, we will try to move forward,” he added.
He maintained that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had accommodated the PPP on its complaint, however, it should have talked to the PMLN before protesting in the media.
“If Nawaz Sharif had been the PM instead of Shehbaz Sharif, he might have said that a decision had been made and it would be reviewed later. Shehbaz Sharif also accommodated the allies in the last PDM government generously,” he added.
