ISLAMABAD: Leading squash player Danish Atlas Khan was decorated with Tamgha-e-Imtiaz which he received from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Ghulam Ali the other day in Peshawar.
Born on 2nd January 1994 in Peshawar, Danish Atlas is the former Pakistan No 1 squash player. He represented Pakistan in 20 countries and has won 35 gold medals, 20 silver medals, 16 bronze medals.
Danish was part of the national team that won gold at the Asian Games. He is the youngest ever Asian Games’ gold medalist at the age of 16.
