One expects the newly elected Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to improve education in the province, especially in the Chitral region, by establishing new government schools and colleges. Expanding existing education institutes is also recommended. The people of Chitral are eager to educate their children and many students from the region are compelled to travel long distances every day in order to get to school.
One of the main promises of the current parliamentarians during the campaigns for this year’s elections was that they would upgrade education in the province. The voters have rewarded them with their trust and now they must uphold their end.
