KARACHI: The pre-wedding ceremony of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of billionaire tycoon Mukesh Ambani and Radhika Merchant, according to British media, cost Rs41.82 billion ($150 million).
According to Indian media, Mukesh Ambani’s wife, Nita Ambani, was wearing a necklace of emeralds and diamonds, the value of which is estimated to be around 16 billion, 81 crore rupees (500 crore Indian rupees). She also wore stunning earrings, bangles and rings. The price of the 52.58 carat ‘Mirror of Paradise’ diamond ring is 1 billion 78 crore rupees (53 crore Indian rupees). In a viral video during the close-up, Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla are stunned to see Anant Ambani’s Richard Mille timepiece. According to the report, this watch has “eight thousand carats of gold and diamonds” and its price is more than 61 crore rupees (18.2 crore Indian rupees). According to Bloomberg, earlier in 2018, Ambani made his daughter Isha’s wedding the most expensive wedding in India, costing 27 billion 70 crore rupees (one hundred million dollars).

According to IMF estimates in February this year, Pakistan’s GDP is 950 trillion 11 billion rupees (340.64 billion dollars). The wealth of Mukesh Ambani, the host of pre-wedding ceremony, is Rs319 trillion, 8 billion rupees (114.4 billion dollars). Among the guests were those whose wealth is more than one billion dollars.
