Conference on higher education to begin on March 3
PESHAWAR: An international conference, under the aegis of Pakistan Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (PNQAHE), will begin at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad from March 3.
A press release quoted PNQAHE President Prof Dr Zia Ul Haq, who also serves as Vice Chancellor of Khyber Medical University, stating that President Arif Alvi will be the chief guest of the event.
Preparations for the conference are underway, with a focus on arranging banners, standees, flags, and other essential materials in accordance with specified formats. Efforts to secure bookings at Lok Virsa for additional events are ongoing, as the conference aims to provide a comprehensive and engaging experience for attendees.
The conference organisers are engaging with participants and stakeholders through various communication channels, including social media platforms. Requests for creating compelling artwork for social media posts, organising video messages from esteemed speakers and officials, and managing participant inquiries regarding cultural events are also underway.
Attendees can look forward to an enriching cultural show and visit at Lok Virsa, scheduled for the evening of March 4. Details regarding charges, arrangements for Pakistani and foreign nationals, and dinner arrangements have also been outlined.
The release said that in line with the conference’s commitment to fostering networking opportunities, efforts are being made to activate and link social media accounts, particularly Instagram, to enhance engagement, expand its network, and facilitate post-conference activities effectively.
It added that the PNQAHE is dedicated to promoting excellence and quality assurance in higher education institutions across Pakistan, through conferences, workshops, and collaborative initiatives.
