Baloch leaders condemn ‘stealing of public mandate’
These views were expressed by Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (MAP) Chairman Mehmood Khan Achakzai and other leaders
QUETTA: Leaders of four-party alliance once again strongly condemned stealing of public mandate not only in Balochistan but also across the country.
They claimed that the crisis would further deepen in the rigged government and demanded halting of interference of institutions in political affairs and giving respect to mandate of the masses.
These views were expressed by Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (MAP) Chairman Mehmood Khan Achakzai, head of Balochistan National Party (BNP) Sardar Akhtar Mengal, National Party chief Dr Abdul Malick Baloch, and Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) head Abdul Kahliq Hazara while addressing participants of sit-in in front of offices of deputy commissioner and DROs office in Quetta on Saturday.
During their addresses, they said that they would stand on one line till the acceptance of mandate of Balochistan. They said the pro-democratic people were pushed against the wall and the country will not make progress without solving basic problems. They said that democracy is the only our future and it should be developed. They said that the nations which are settled here would not be satisfied until the end of national contradiction and entrusting of their rights.
They said that under the conspiracy, the nationalists were being pushed away from the masses and such people were being sent to Parliament who have nothing to do with this territory. They said that the weak parliament is needed because it finds remedy of every sin constitutionally.
Other leaders of different parties including Nawab Ayaz Jogazai, BNP’s Central Senior Vice President Sajid Tareen Advocate, NP leader Atta Muhammad Bangalzai, Central Secretary Information of HDP Qadir Ali Nail, Mir Kabir Muhammad Shihi, newly elected MNA Phalian Baloch, Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Abdul Kahar Wadan, Dr Hamid Achakzai, Malik Naseer Shawani, Akhtar Hussain Lango, Miraz Hussain Hazara, Seema Batool and Aziz Hazar addressed the rally and expressed their views and also thanked people who cast their votes during election of February 8.
