Annual employee awards event held

Islamabad : Annual employee awards event 2024 of Mehria Town was held in Attock.

The chief guest, Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, accompanied by Omais Khattak, Amir Hussain, Umar Hussain Malik, Rana Qaisar, Muhammad Shakir, Hafiz Bilal and Kashif Butt attended the annual awards event, says a press release.

The city of Attock is well known for its historical background however, the Mehria Town is an icon synonymous with Attock city. The event commenced with a project brief on Mehria Town, followed by a prize distribution ceremony. Umrah tickets were awarded to various employees of Mehria Town, along with other prizes and shields.

Kashif Butt was honoured with the pride of performance award shield. The event believe in combining the strength of experience with the dynamic needs of the future and aims to set benchmarks across residential, retail and commercial businesses. Mehria Town is not just a residential community but also an iconic landmark.

Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan (CEO The Centaurus, President IDA) upon speaking to the ceremony said that Real estate is an important sector of the economy that has been contributing significantly to the development of Pakistan. After agriculture, it is Pakistan’s second-largest source of employment. Aside from direct employment, it boosts demand in over 400 sectors, ranging from construction to financial services (house financing). Real estate has the potential to become Pakistan’s biggest contributor to GDP. Malik Javed Akhtar (CEO Mehria Town) praised Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan for his remarkable contributions to the business community, especially in the real estate sector. Malik Javed Akhtar then presented a shield to Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan.
