Six bike lifters arrested

MANSEHRA: The police claimed to have arrested six bike-lifters and seized over a dozen motorcycles stolen from different parts of the country.

SP Bilal Ahmad told reporters on Friday that the police arrested an inter-provincial gang of bike lifters and seized over a dozen bikes during a crackdown launched earlier this week. He said the crackdown was launched by the order of District Police Officer Zahoor Babar Afridi and arrested Mohammad Sadir of Hangu, Abdullah, Wali Mohammad, Moh­a­m­m­ad Shah­zad and Mohammad Sameer and seized stolen bikes from their possession.
