Lahore police conduct 135 search operations in 12 days
LAHORE:The Lahore Police (Operations Wing) have conducted 135 search and sweep operations since the start of this month. The police checked 4,016 houses, 12,475 people and 1,870 tenants and registered cases against seven people who did not register the tenancy. The police detained eight proclaimed offenders (POs) and habitual criminals.
Under-training ASPs visit PSCA
A delegation of under-training ASPs of the National Police Academy visited the PSCA on Friday. Some 30 ASPs of the 50th Common were briefed on PSCA project’s working, challenges and security improvements. They were taken to various sections namely operations and monitoring centre, emergency call centre, dispatch control centre, and media centre. The cops were also told about the advanced traffic management system and electronic challan system.
