SIALKOT: The Gujrat Police on Tuesday handed Sialkot-based Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Umer Dar to the Sialkot Police.

According to the Sialkot Police Umer Dar, the elder brother of Usman Dar, was arrested from Tanda, Gujrat.

The police said Case 674/22 was registered against Umer Dar in the Cantt Police Station. Five cases have already been registered against him in the Nekapura and Rangpura Police Stations in which he had been declared proclaimed offender (PO).

It is worth-mentioning here that Umer Dar had been missing for over 10 days and his family, which was clueless about him, had accused that he was abducted and unlawfully detained by the authorities.
