Nomination papers of four people of a family approved in Attock

ISLAMABAD: Many political parties are continuously making accusations and protests regarding the election campaign, especially the submission of nomination papers for elections to be held on February 8.

They have also targeted rival parties and the government by using the term “level playing field.”

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders are at the top of those who are complaining of discrimination and injustice while the nomination papers of their candidates are being accepted.

It is interesting to note that nomination papers of four members of a PTI family have been approved in Attock. 

Major (R) Tahir Sadiq had been associated with the PMLQ for a long time during the rule of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and General (R) Pervez Musharraf. Now the nomination papers of Tahir Sadiq and his wife, son and daughter have been approved for the National and provincial constituencies.

The nomination papers of Tahir Sadiq from NA 50 Attock 1 and his daughter Iman Tahir from Attock 2, Naz Tahir from provincial constituency PP 2 and son Zain Tahir from PP 3 have been approved.
