Man killed, candidate injured in Bajaur firing

KHAR: Unidentified armed men gunned down a man and injured a candidate for PK-19 constituency in Nawagai tehsil of the Bajaur tribal district on Monday, local sources said.
The sources said that the unidentified gunmen opened fire on a car in which PK-19 candidate Syed Rahim Shah alias Sabawon belonging to Mamond tehsil in Bajaur was traveling along with his friend Haleem Said Jan. Syed Rahim Shah sustained injuries in the firing while his friend Haleem Jan was killed.
