Police kill ‘robber’

A suspected robber was killed during an exchange of gunfire with police in Orangi Town on Thursday.

According to police, the encounter took place near Islam Chowk, resulting in the death of one suspected robber, identified as Danish, while his accomplice, Ayan, was apprehended. The police reported the recovery of weapons, mobile phones, and a motorcycle from the possession of the deceased and the arrested suspect. The police said the suspects were involved in robbing citizens when Quick Response Force personnel arrived at the scene, triggering the encounter.
