Flanked by SHOs and investigation officers of Khaki and Saddar police stations, he said the body of one Mohammad Shahbaz in his early 20s was found at the Muradpur area in the limits of Khaki Police Station. Bilal Ahmad said an investigation team was constituted that arrested Muhammad Waqar.
The SP said according to the accused’s confessional statement, the slain had made his and his brother’s explicit videos and used to blackmail them for sodomy for the last almost a year and a half. He said Saddar police also arrested an accused Mohammad Nasir, who killed Mohammad Riaz, 55, and dumped his body at a deserted place.
