Pakistan signs agreements to establish KSA labour training centres
ISLAMABAD: In a pivotal move to bolster employment opportunities for Pakistanis and foster collaborative ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, Jawad Sohrab Malik, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, has signed Letters of Intent (LoI) with two prominent Saudi conglomerates, FNRCO and MAHARAH.
The signing ceremony, which took place in Riyadh, marks a significant milestone in the pursuit of increased recruitment avenues for Pakistani workers and professionals for various large-scale projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The agreements outline plans to establish training and orientation centres in Pakistan, focusing on skill development tailored to meet the demands of the Saudi labour market.
