ISLAMABAD: High-level appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy.

The federal government has appointed Syed Waqar Al Hasan, a grade 22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, as the Special Secretary National Health Division. Syed Waqar Al Hasan was posted as the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat.

Major General Irfan Ahmed Malik (Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military) has been appointed as Director General Military Land and Cantonment Department on secondment basis for two years. Earlier, Major General Tariq Zameer (Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military) was posted as DGMLC. Establishment Division has issued an official notification.
