PPP to mobilise workers to welcome Bilawal
MANSEHRA: Pakistan People’s Party’s(PPP) local leadership on Monday decided to mobilise workers to welcome the party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Abbottabad on Nov 16.
“We will accord Bilawal a warm welcome on his arrival at Abbottabad,” Aurangzeb Mughal, the PPP’s divisional general secretary, told a gathering held here.He said the PPP had rendered sacrifices for the true democratic norms and people’s rights.“Our workers and activists have been proactive since Bilawal Bhutto Zardari accepted our invitation to visit Hazara, and address a public gathering in Abbottabad,” Mughal said.
He hoped his party would win the upcoming general election in the country and form its governments at the centre and four provinces.“Bilawal Bhutto can steer this country out of current political and economic challenges,” Mughal said.
Mohammad Fareed, the PPP’s district general secretary, said that workers were eager to extend a warm welcome to their leader on his arrival in Abbottabad.
