Islamabad:The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) was honoured to host the grand opening of "Star Moon Road," a remarkable group exhibition that celebrates the rich tapestry of Chinese contemporary art. The exhibition, inaugurated by Mr. Jamal Shah, Minister of National Heritage & Culture Division (NH&CD), and M. Ayoub Jamali, Director-General of PNCA, took place on November 6, 2023.

"Star Moon Road" is a testament to the enduring cultural ties and artistic collaboration between Pakistan and China, marking the 10th anniversary of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Belt and Road Project. This project has not only strengthened economic bonds but has also fostered a profound cultural exchange.

The exhibition features a captivating array of artistic expressions, including intricately crafted scrolls, awe-inspiring sculptures, and innovative mixed-media creations. Each artwork narrates a unique story, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty and depth of Chinese contemporary art.

Minister Jamal Shah expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "The CPEC Belt and Road Project has not only strengthened economic ties but has also paved the way for cultural exchange.
