Non-bailable arrest warrants for Shahbaz Gill issued

ISLAMABAD: Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Islamabad Tahir Abbas Sipra on Wednesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PTI leader Shahbaz Gill in a sedition case.

The judge also reached the pivotal point in the trial against co-accused Imad Yousaf, concluding proceedings against him. The judge remarked that the top court had provided specific directives to finalize the trial against Imad Yousaf.

He said legal proceedings would persist until Gill was apprehended and brought to court. “Whenever Gill is located and taken into custody, he will be promptly presented before the court to face charges against him,” directed the court.
