LAHORE: Two dacoits were killed during an alleged encounter with police in Sabzazar area late on Tuesday night.
According to the police, the robbers identified as Asif alias Billa and Arshad alias Faisal were escaping after snatching motorcycle from a citizen in Hanjarwal when exchange of fire took place with police.
In retaliatory fire, both accused were killed.
The accused were wanted in many cases of murder during robbery bids in Okara, Sahiwal, Faisalabad and Lahore.
