ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Commission of Supreme Court on Wednesday recommended promoting Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar as an apex court judge while replacing him with Justice Faisal Arab.
The recommendation was made during a meeting of the commission, which was chaired by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Nasirul Mulk.
