JI announces to support PTI in NA-122, PP-147 by-polls
LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan has officially announced its support for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidates in NA-122 and PP-147 by-polls elections.
The announcement was made by JI Lahore chief Mian Maqsood, while addressing a press conference in Mansoora on Monday. He was flanked by PTI leader Chaudhry Sarwar.
The by-elections in NA-122 and PP-147 are scheduled to be held on October 11.
