ISLAMABAD: Former Managing Director of Pakistan Television (PTI) Aslam Azhar passed away at the age of 85 here on Tuesday.
His funeral prayers will be performed in Islamabad on Wednesday.

Aslam Azhar was one of the founding members of PTV and assumed a distinct status in the realm of broadcasting media.
Among many accolades, Azhar was also awarded Tamgha-i-Pakistan for his outstanding services.
