ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday challenged the decision of granting bail to Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, an accused in Mumbai attack case, in the Islamabad High Court.

ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday challenged the decision of granting bail to Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, an accused in Mumbai attack case, in the Islamabad High Court.
According to details, a government prosecutor, acting on behalf of FIA, challenged the IHC’s decision to grant bail to Zakiur Rehman.
In a petition, the prosecutor, prayed to the court that the trial court made the decision in haste, ignoring the available evidence.
It requested to the IHC to annul its December 18 decision of granting bail to Zakiur Rehman.
