Ban MQM as terror outfit if Dr Asim arrested for abetting it: Khursheed

ATTOCK: Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah on Wednesday said if Dr Asim Hussain is arrested for allegedly abetting MQM then ban the party after proving that it is indeed a terrorist organisation.

Speaking to media representatives during his visit to village Shadi Khan, where he condoled the death of Late Shuja Khanzada, he said Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has provided an all out support for the war against terrorism and would continue till the last terrorist was eliminated.

Commenting about PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Shah claimed Khan wanted to ‘break so many things’. “On the other hand, we want Parliament and democracy to prevail and not broken,” he added.

The PPP leader said that gap created after the martyrdom of Shuja Khanzada was difficult to be filled.
Speaking about by-elections on PP-16 seat vacated after the martyrdom of Shuja Khanzada, he said his party will not contest election for this seat.
