Two regional TTP commanders killed by CTD in Karachi
KARACHI: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday claimed to have killed two regional commanders of the proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) - Sher Khan group in an encounter near Northern Bypass.
According to in-charge CTD Ali Raza, two members of TTP - Sher Khan group identified as Zafar and Sajid were involved in the killings of 12 policemen.

KARACHI: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday claimed to have killed two regional commanders of the proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) - Sher Khan group in an encounter near Northern Bypass.
According to in-charge CTD Ali Raza, two members of TTP - Sher Khan group identified as Zafar and Sajid were involved in the killings of 12 policemen.
"Sajid had Rs 1 million bounty on his head while the other terrorist carried Rs500,000 head money," Ali Raza said.
Following the encounter, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh announced cash rewards for the police personnel who took part in the operation.
