According to a notification issued by the federal interior ministry, Daesh would not be allowed to operate in Pakistan while any other outfit formed in the similar names would also be banned.

The IS or ISIS or ISIL is also believed to have gained footholds in parts of Afghanistan, where the group claimed responsibility for terror attacks.
