Sana claims Justice Malik asked for party ticket, latter denies
LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday accused Justice (retd) Kazim Malik of seeking Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) ticket for his son while the latter in response asked Rana Sana to substantiate his claim with proof.
Rana Sanaullah said when PML-N declined to give the party ticket to the son of retired judge, the latter turned against the party.

LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday accused Justice (retd) Kazim Malik of seeking Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) ticket for his son while the latter in response asked Rana Sana to substantiate his claim with proof.
Rana Sanaullah said when PML-N declined to give the party ticket to the son of retired judge, the latter turned against the party.
In reaction, Justice (retd) Malik said he would tender his resignation if Rana Sanaullah substantiates his allegation with proof. He also expressed the intention to send a legal notice to Federal Information Minister, Pervez Rashid.
He said his son is presently an employee of a bank.
Justice (retd) Kazim Malik further said that he never abided by illegitimate orders from the government.
Earlier, a similar accusation was also hurled against Kazim Malik by Ayaz Sadiq in Geo News program ‘Capital Talk’.
The episode of accusations and counter-accusations began after the verdict issued by Justice (retd) Malik, declaring the election of NA-122 null and void.
