Shah Bhitai Urs: Sindh govt announces public holiday for Friday
KARACHI: Sindh government has announced public holiday on Friday (November 27) on account of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai’s annual Urs.
Notification to the above effect has been issued, according to which, Sind government offices, schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions will remain closed on Friday.

KARACHI: Sindh government has announced public holiday on Friday (November 27) on account of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai’s annual Urs.
Notification to the above effect has been issued, according to which, Sind government offices, schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions will remain closed on Friday.
The three-day Urs of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai is celebrated annually in Bhitshah town of Matiari district. On the occasion, thousands of devotees of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai turn up to pay their respects to the great Sufi saint and poet of Sindh.
