HARIPUR: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Sunday said he and his party, PML-N, have forgiven PTI Chairman Imran Khan for ‘crimes’ he had committed but the same are not forgotten.

Speaking at a rally organised in connection with the upcoming by-polls in NA-19 here, he said Imran Khan is seeking votes to send his candidate in the same Parliament he once wanted to burn down.

The by-election for NA-19 constituency is scheduled for August 16.

Imran Khan’s wife Rehman Khan is leading the PTI’s election campaign for the by-poll and spoke at a public gathering here on Friday in this regard.

The PTI chief himself spoke at an election rally earlier today.
