Miscreants hatching conspiracies to disrupt Karachi peace: Rangers

KARACHI: Sindh Rangers – a paramilitary force of Pakistan carrying out targeted operations against terrorists alongside Police in Karachi – said on Tuesday that miscreants were busy hatching conspiracies against the process of restoring peace in the city.
A spokesman for Rangers said in a statement issued here that the miscreants, disturbed by prevailing peace in the Sindh capital, were busy hatching conspiracies against the operation in guise of political parties.
“These anti-Pakistan elements are trying to spread chaos among masses through different personalities,” he said.
The spokesman urged the masses and the media to verify rumours against law enforcement agencies with Rangers.
The citizens of Karachi and Sindh have foiled such conspiracies in the past, said the spokesman, expressing his confidence in the masses for continuing doing the same in the future also.
The paramilitary force also urged the masses to report such attempts at help-line 1101.
