QUETTA: A militant commander of a banned outfit was killed and seven terrorists arrested Thursday in two separate operations by Frontier Corps (FC) security personnel in Panjgur and Khuzdar areas of Balochistan province.
According officials, FC personnel carried out a search operation in Tasp area of Panjgur in which seven suspected terrorists were arrested. Weapons and explosive material was also recovered from the militants, said FC officials.
Separately, FC personnel also carried out an operation in Wadh area of Khuzdar district. The commander of a banned terrorist outfit was killed along with an accomplice, said officials.
