KARACHI: Several parts of Karachi plunged into darkness due to major power breakdown at Bin Qasim plant of the K-Electric.
According to details, Old City Area, Kemari Lyari, Guslistan-e-Johar Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Dalmia, Akhtar Colony, Defence, and other areas are without electricity.

KARACHI: Several parts of Karachi plunged into darkness due to major power breakdown at Bin Qasim plant of the K-Electric.
According to details, Old City Area, Kemari Lyari, Guslistan-e-Johar Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Dalmia, Akhtar Colony, Defence, and other areas are without electricity.
Meanwhile, K-Electric Spokesman Usama Qureshi claimed that there is no complete blackout in the city. He said half of the grid stations of the city are affected due to breakdown at 2 Units of Bin Qasim Power Plant.
He hoped that electricity would be restored in 3-4 hours.
